At fetch&shop, we partner with global fulfillment centers to provide you with a curated selection of high-quality products. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery timelines, and how we handle transit issues.
1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it is quickly sent to our fulfillment partners for processing and packaging.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at support@fetchandshop.com. Orders can only be canceled before they have begun processing or shipping. Certain custom items, such as Print-on-Demand products or pre-orders, cannot be canceled once the payment has been processed.
2. Estimated Average Shipping Times
Because our products may ship from different global fulfillment centers depending on inventory and your location, delivery times vary. Below is a list of our average shipping times (in business days) based on the destination country:

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to update in the carrierβs system.
4. Delayed or Lost Packages (Maximum Timeframes)
We monitor our shipments closely to ensure they reach you. While most packages arrive within the average times listed above, we officially consider a package "lost" or severely delayed if it exceeds our maximum protection timeframes.
If your order shows no tracking updates, remains pending, or is stuck in transit beyond the following maximums (calculated from the shipping date), you are eligible for a resolution:

United States Orders: Over 45 days

Global / International Orders: Over 60 days

Orders to Brazil: Over 110 days
In these instances, please contact us at support@fetchandshop.com, and we will promptly issue a full refund or send a free replacement in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
5. Packages Marked as "Delivered"
If your tracking information indicates that the package was successfully delivered to the address you provided, but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
If you still cannot locate the package, we require a non-delivery certification from your local post office or carrier before we can process a claim for a missing "delivered" package.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. fetch&shop is not responsible for these additional charges; they must be paid by the customer to clear customs.
